This section contains a list of all transactions that have been entered into the system. Transactions are created when a statement is uploaded in a separate section of the system called the Accounts Dashboard, or manually.
Interface overview

The Transfer between Accounts option allows users to make transfers between their own accounts.
There is also an option designed for splitting transactions.

To create a transaction manually, click on +Add new transaction.
New transaction
After creation, all transactions go into reconciliation in a separate section of the system called Reconciliation.
🔐 Access to the "Transactions" page
To view the Company → Transactions page, a user needs a combination of two levels of access.
1. Base scope (required)
— opens the Transactions page itself. Without this scope, the page is inaccessible regardless of any other permissions.accounting_see_transactions
2. Additional scope (at least one required)
This level determines which transactions the user will actually see on the page:
— view transactions across all of the company's bank accounts.• accounting_see_all_accounts
— view transactions only for accounts assigned to the user. If • accounting_see_assigned_accounts is enabled, this scope becomes redundant.accounting_see_all_accounts
— view transactions/payments broken down by the user's own projects.• accounting_own_projects_transactions
Example. For an accountant to see transactions across all company accounts, they need the combination: + accounting_see_transactions. accounting_see_all_accounts
